ABOUT THE FILMS
The Whole World And You-2:54
"A lone puppeteer creates a microcosmic box of wonders, into which we travel to witness a world populated by miniature automata enjoying the campaign of a charming candidate "running for the country's highest office" The candidate enjoys the popularity that accompanies his high profile lifestyle, but one lone gunman is not so easily charmed.
This video, created for Ann Arbor, Michigan ex-patriots and current Brooklyn-based quintet Tally Hall (Atlantic Records), is inspired by Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, a densely populated automata arcade located in the band's hometown. "The Whole World and You," the single featured in this official video for Tally Hall, is a quirky ditty composed by the band's Andrew Horowitz."
Director/Producer/Designer: Frankie Cordero
Art Director/Designer: Ken Berman
Director of Photography: Marcus Lehmann
Music: Tally Hall- Written by Andrew Horowitz
BottleStopper - 8:48
The BottleStopper Project
Everybody collects something...I collect animated carved wooden
bottlestoppers from the town of Val Gardena, Italy circa 1930s... I built a
bar for them: A typical neighborhood bar filled with the usual
customers...life is good... until something happens to break their reality.
Wait a minute; was that God? ...Where actually are we? ...and am I, in
turn, being collected?...Martin P. Robinson
Señor Huesos, Just the name implies mystery and evokes the question, what the hell does that even mean? A skeleton and a piñata in the desert trying to stop an evil salsa trade. A Spaghetti-O Western inspired by El Dia De Los Muertos and Sergio Leone films. El Señor must stop the evil General Mexican and his band of banditos before all of the salsa is pumped from the soil of the Calexican desert.
Omar's Mother - 9:19
Directed by Paul Andrejco
The story of a Boy, his Mother and the Worm that brings them closer together.
Maika - Desert Gold
Director/Executive Producer: Rob Saunders
Producer: Francis Kuzler
Octobertwenty Productions Inc.
The premier music video for the Norwegian band "Maika" from their album "Radiation Refill".
"The idea behind the video started with two images, vast desert and this cold oil world. The song is about relationships and those places of betrayal and being let down, so I played with the concept of a lone traveller searching for something unknown. So we shot in the California desert for a few days and then on a soundstage for 4 days. We had the band for only one of those days, so it was a tight shoot schedule. The whole process of developing the puppet style and the overall look of the video was so much fun, and to see it all come together from my initial idea to the completed video was a really huge moment for me as a young director.
